Choose a favourite nut or a combination of nuts

Almonds, cashews, peanuts, brazil nuts, pecan, walnuts, macadamias


Choose a favourite fruit or a combination of fruits

Raisins, banana chips, dried mango, dried strawberries, dried apple


Choose a favourite seed or a combination of seeds

Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds


Place into a sealed container and shake...shake...shake


Now divide up into smaller sealable containers and enjoy on your next bushwalk adventure


Try these interesting additions:

Coconut flakes

Goji berries

Pistachios

Dried blueberries,

Dark chocolate chips.

Dried pineapple
